Jim Hardman - is a graduate of Quincy U. and has received MBA and JD degrees from Northwestern University.  In his 47-year career, Mr. Hardman has had managerial experience with a major motor carrier and in private law practice, has specialized in transportation law before the federal and state courts and administrative agencies across the country.
  He has written three books and numerous business and law review articles, has addressed numerous business groups, and currently is Chairman of the Editorial Advisory Board of the Transportation Law Journal published by the U of Denver where he has annually lectured at the Sturm College of Law.
  He has also been active in professional and industry organizations receiving Lifetime Achievement Awards from the Transportation Lawyers Association, the Truckload Carriers Association, and the Minnesota Trucking Association.  He has also been named to Who’s Who in America and Who’s Who in Finance and Business.
